Registration

Please note the Registration prices and Terms and Conditions set out below.

The placing of a booking to attend represents a contract and the relevant fees become due immediately, whether or not the delegate attends the event.  Please note this BEFORE making a booking.

The system allows for groups of up to 12 delegates to be booked in as one booking.

All Registrations must be made on-line, via our secure system for which the link is given below.

The system accepts payment by card or bank (wire) transfer.

Our system enables you to book yourself onto the Congress and produce your own invoice, to refer to your employer or to claim your expenses. HOWEVER please note that ALL INVOICES – WITH NO EXCEPTIONS – are payable ahead of the Congress (pleases see the Terms and Conditions within the booking system) and it remains the responsibility of the participant to ensure payment. The Secretariat cannot enter into contact with any participant’s finance team.

All delegates must ensure that the Secretariat has received payment ahead of the Congress.
