Venue

An iconic venue in Covent Garden

Standing on Great Queen Street that connects Covent Garden with Holborn in the West End of London, is the Grade II* listed De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms. With a history dating back to 1775, the building has long been an important event venue.  Since then, the venue has hosted some of the world‘s leading politicians, royalty and celebrities with its grand Georgian architecture and art-deco interiors offering exceptional spaces.

Grand Connaught Rooms

The Grand Hall is an impressive event space and will be our plenary room.  It has arched ornate ceilings, beautiful wood-panelling and dramatic chandeliers.

Other rooms on other floors, often with original features and oak panelling, will provide our other meeting, catering, poster and exhibition space.

Important note: The Grand Connaught Rooms are laid out over several floors utilising both stairs and lifts. In order for us to manage both the flow and the comfort of delegates we have included questions in the online booking system as regards assistance with access for participants.  Please let us know if you are likely to need help.

Foyer, Grand Connaught Rooms
